IDEXLYON FELLOWSHIPS : results from the 2018 call for projects

As part of IDEXLYON, 9 projects were selected from the call for the IDEXLYON Fellowships to receive 1.3 million euros of funding.
The Université de Lyon put out the IDEXLYON Fellowships call for projects in December 2017, in order to maximize the academic clout of the IDEXLYON project. Over thirty applications were submitted during this first call for projects.
The IDEXLYON Academic Group (which includes the Research and Training Vice-Presidents as well as representatives from national research organizations) preselected 12 projects on which the Scientific Advisory Board subsequently gave advice and recommendations.
The IDEXLYON project’s Executive Committee (which is composed of the directors of the consortium’s member institutions) conducted the auditions, after which he drew up a list of 9 laureates on May 29, 2018.
